  The Filtrafine FUV Series features a compact design that incorporates a UV treatment chamber with an electrical cabinet base that contains all electrical components and instrumentations. • ATEF series filter cartridge
  ATEF series filter cartridge utilizes a 100% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with wide chemical compatibility and endures high temperatures. It is ideally suitable for most semiconductor manufacturing processes and filtration of high-purity chemicals at high operating temperatures. Moreover, the ATEF series filter has a high surface area for a high flow rate with a low-pressure drop to provide a long service life. Each cartridge is individually tested through an integrity test to ensure the quality before release.
